• Website data: the pages you visit, the device and browser you use, and how you found this site.

• Cookies: small files that let us measure how the site is used and remember your visit.

• Book an electrician and confirm your appointment by text or phone.

• Send you a clear quote before any work starts.

• Follow up after a job, issue safety certificates and handle warranty claims.

• Improve this website and our service.

4. Who we share it with

We only share your information with people and tools that help us run the business:

• The electrician who attends your job.

• Our booking, quoting and payment software, and our website host.

• Suppliers or manufacturers, only when a warranty claim needs it.

We do not sell your information, and we do not give it to anyone for their own marketing.

You can ask us to:

• See the personal information we hold about you.

• Correct anything that is wrong or out of date.

• Delete it, where we are not required to keep it.

6. How we keep it safe

We store your information in secure, password protected tools and only give access to the people who need it to do their job. If something ever goes wrong, we will tell you and explain what we are doing about it.

7. How long we keep it

We keep job records, safety certificates and warranty details for seven years, which is how long we usually need them for tax and licence reasons. Enquiries that do not become a job are deleted after 12 months.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any change will be posted on this page with the new date, so check back now and then.
